Warranty
HelloNeonSign provides a 12 month warranty on all led signs which covers electrical components when used appropriately. The resolution for the defective sign will depend on the source of the fault and will be determined between HelloNeonSign and the customer. Most of the case is the light source and electric parts become defective, we can provide free replacement light source (led stripes), controller and power transformer for client within 12months. Clients need to replace the parts by themself.
Warranty Coverage Installed Signs:
HelloNeonSign is not responsible for any costs incurred during installation of your led sign. If you sign is a presumed fault, we will request pictures and videos for diagnostic purposes. If you have already installed and/or hardwired, HelloNeonSign have no responsibility for any costs incurred during reinstalling and uninstalling.
