Disappointing that the unit was not complete. Would not purchase as a gift again.
I bought two sets of the same numbers. Customer service reached out to confirm before they charged me and shipped the product. Above and beyond. The light up number look wonderful. We get compliments all the time.
We have used this company for both a backlit house number sign and recently for a speakeasy and love both!
I love the sign of the quality is excellent however how you mounted to a wall requires you either glue the screws in place or you’re supposed to screw it to drywall from the opposite side of the drywall. I’m not gonna rip out the other side of the wall just to screw that into the wall. You need another way to attach it to the building other than glue that is not supplied.
We love the design but had issues with the shipper. Also ordered warm white, but it was delivered as bright white. Transformer blew within two weeks. Have since replaced it. Hope that the address sign will last a long time now.
